Dennis Rendleman, a student at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, is pursuing an ambitious triple major in flute performance, music education, and musical theater. Since beginning flute in fourth grade, he has grown into a versatile performer who values creativity, collaboration, and the emotional storytelling that brings music to life.
Joe Schmoe Saves the World
Joe Schmoe Saves the World is a high-energy dance-rock musical by Brett Ryback, produced during the 2017–2018 season at the Indiana University Department of Theatre, Drama, and Contemporary Dance. Set against the backdrop of the Arab Spring, the production follows young artists who challenge fear and conformity through music and activism. Dennis Rendleman was involved in the project as the Assistant to the Music Director, helping to bring this socially relevant and dynamic work to the stage.
